Returns & Exchanges

At Beekman 1802, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Kind-to-Skin purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our farm, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
